#1 importance - sleep; nothing (NOTHING, including exercise, organic food blah blah) beats good sleep (ie. early to bed, early to rise)
9pm - 11pm  :  body's immune system doing its detox stuff
11pm - 4am  :  liver detox
12pm - 4am  :  bone marrow making blood
1am - 3am   :  lung detox
5am - 7am   :  Large intestine detox
7am - 9am   : small intestine absorbing nutrients big time
