Chemo side effect - BLISTERS ON , GAS, BACKPAIN
8 months into the journey. All is looking good. Thank God.
In the recent round of Xeloda(Chemo), Dad developed huge water blisters on the sole and it hurts when walked. I gave him a bottle of Lavendar from YoungLiving and ask him to put a drop on his sole as often as he like. Dad told me that after he put the oil on his sole, he was able to walk better wit much less pain when the feet make contact with the ground.
I also taught him to put a drop of peppermint oil on his tummy to see if it can help him take away dome tummy discomfort due to gas. i gave him PanAway , and ask him to put a drop on his lower back when it starts to ache. Today he is asking for a new bottle of PanAway. These 3 oils happily sat next to his bedside as he likes them much!
It is interesting how God make things happen. I became a Touch for health instructor and get to know Young Living Oils because of Dad and what happened to him.
God has a plan and He is in it every step of the way.

Getting Supplements
In the course of managing dad's condition with cancer, supplementation seems inevitable.
As his pancreas is not fully functional, he needs to tak enzymes and probiotics to help in digestion.
His list of supplements include Bromelain, papain, pancreatin, CoQ10, Omega3, pcynogenol, transfer factor, Vitamin C, Liver balance plus, kidney rescue and Essiac tea. IT is A LOT. In the course of my purchasing, i find that the supplements cost a bomb in Singapore. They are cheaper when i order through USA. Check this out for example :-

Detoxification & Cancer

Detoxifying is a very critical thing for cancer patients because a cancer patient is extremely toxic.
What are you putting into your body?
The first thing you should consider is what you are putting into your body? If you are putting in toxic foods, then your body’s going to be toxic. You’ve got to put in clean, organic, raw, beautiful foods made by nature. You can’t use dead, processed, pasteurized, homogenized, cooked, deactivated food.
Imagine you have trillions of cells in your body. Which you do, you have 70 to 100 trillion cells in your body, and every one of those cells has a garbage can. Every nanosecond, the cell is metabolizing and creating toxins. Then you’re ingesting toxins from the air, the food and the water that you ingest every single minute. You’ve got to cease the introduction of more bad stuff and you’ve got to replenish it by giving your body life-giving foods. You do that by eating foods in their most raw, alive state as possible.
What are you drinking all day long?
Water is the solution to pollution. You have to drink great water. You cannot use water tap water, it is loaded with chemicals. You need to drink water that is detoxified. There are lots of different systems out there, you can even get a whole house purification system. A whole house purification system purifies the water that you’re bathing in, showering in, drinking and cooking in. The other option is getting an alkaline water system in your kitchen that you can drink the water and cook with it also. I’ve noticed over the last one to two years, that people’s kidney function is decreasing dramatically. Why? Because they have toxic overload and all of the toxins go to the kidney, the liver and the colon. Those are the internal organs of detox. Water is especially important for the kidney function. We also have our lungs that bring in oxygen and take out carbon dioxide.
Get Rid of All Your Plastics at Home
Do not drink out of a plastic water bottle. You can get a glass water bottle or a steel water bottle but do not drink out of plastic. Plastic gums up the membranes in our body. It’s the number one pollutant in man, so we have to stop the ingestion of plastics. National Geographic did a phenomenal show, so did CNN, on all the plastics that are in the environment. So help yourself and help the environment because all of us live off this environment, we live off this planet; so we need to take care of it.
Cleansing
Our liver detoxifies everything. The Merck Manual is kind of like the Bible for doctors. In the early 1900’s, coffee enemas were recommended in the manual to cleanse the liver and gall bladder. My cancer patients use organic coffee enemas five days a week, it’s not an option. I have found it to be a very, very useful tool in a wonderful way because, as I said before, cancer patients are very toxic. Some of them do liver flushes but most of them will do the coffee enemas because they notice, after several weeks, they start feeling tremendously better.
The other type of cleansing is a liver-gall bladder flush. That consists of, starting at 6 PM you start drinking Epsom salts and Vitamin C and right before you go to bed you drink olive oil and organic grapefruit juice and then you take some ornithine, which is an amino acid that helps promote the detoxification of the liver, when you wake up you drink Vitamin C and Epsom salts again. If I have a patient with gall stones, I have them take substances to break down the gall stone for a month before the flush so they won’t have any problems. Sometimes I also have the patients, a week before, drink apple juice to break down any stones in the liver and the gall bladder. If they can’t have apple juice because they’re diabetic, I have them use apple pectin instead; apple cider vinegar with a little bit of raw honey is another option for breaking down gall stones.
I have my patients do a colon cleanse, at least, once a year. If they are cancer patients, I have them do a colon cleanse more frequently. You can use Colonix or I use a kit that has a fiber and herbs and detoxification with parasites.
Infrared Saunas
What else helps you detoxify? I’ve had an infrared sauna in my office for approximately ten years. Infrared is a healing wave of energy and it will draw out the toxins. I always tell people it’s kind of like a chemical dance. Underneath your skin, you have fat and that’s where all the toxins reside and live and so that’s why you don’t want to be overweight because if you’re overweight you’re storing more and more and more toxins. Your fat acts as a metabolic organ in itself, it’s functioning and making lots of chemicals that have to go through the liver to be detoxified, so you are overloading the body
Detox Machines
When you have toxins, they’re positive ions. When you put your foot in the detox machines, it creates negative ions and those negative ions attract the positive ions and pull toxins out of your body. You put your feet in the machine for 30 minutes and the circulation is going every minute, pulling toxins out of the body. It does work!
Heavy Metals
What other things can people detox? In our office we check for heavy metals. I can check for chemical overload and environmental pollutants in the body also, that’s usually done with a urine test, but I already know everyone has environmental pollutants. We have mercury, we have lead, we have cadmium, we have arsenic, we have aluminum, and we have gadolinium. I do a heavy metal analysis to get a quantitative assessment because heavy metals are terribly deleterious to all the enzyme systems of the body. If you don’t have the proper enzymes, you are paralyzing the metabolic system and creating a lot of free radicals. This causes destruction to the cells, it causes neurochemical problems, reproductive problems, cardiovascular problems, mental problems, all kinds of things. How do you remove heavy metals? We remove heavy metals through chelation. One very important chelator is called ETDA and that is what a conventional doctor would use if a patient had elevated lead. You would remove the lead by giving IV ETDA or oral EDTA. There are many natural substances, like Cilantro, Chlorela and Zeolite that will also pull out chemicals and toxins. Zeolite comes from a volcanic ash mineral and it pulls out all toxins in the body, everything that’s toxic. It’s a natural chelator and cancer institutions are even doing research on the efficacy of Zeolite. You have to remove these heavy metals because all toxins in the body are one more burden to the cell.
Vitamin C and Phosphocholine
Vitamin C is a wonderful and helpful detoxifier and helpful for the immune system. I will sometimes give my patients an IV Vitamin C treatment. We also do something called IV phosphocholine to rebuild the membrane of every cell in your body. Why do you want to protect that membrane? You want to protect the nucleus, the mitochondria and all those wonderful things that are making that cell work so they can do their job! The membrane is made up of essential fatty acids and phosphocholine, they’re called essential because you must have them. The essential fatty acids are the brick and the phosphocholine is the cement, so sometimes I have to protect the cell membranes by giving very ill patients IV phosphocholine.
Nutrients
N-acetylcysteine is a very inexpensive amino acid. What does it do? It increases glutathione, naturally. Glutathione is our master antioxidant, it helps us get rid of free radicals and the destruction that free radicals cause. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc; those are all great antioxidants, your diet needs to be full of all of these wonderful nutrients that act as antioxidants to help the cell detoxify.
Epsom Salt Baths and Skin Brushings
Epsom salt baths are a simple and inexpensive way to detoxify, get magnesium in the body and relax. Skin brushings are another way to detoxify the body and it’s wonderfully simple. You buy a brush and starting with the feet, use a circular motion, moving toward the heart. This is a great detoxifier.
Herbs
Depending on your clinical condition, there are several herbs that can help you detoxify your body. There are homeopathic detox drops that cause a release of chemicals from the body. They also address the liver and the kidney and the lymphatic system in activating and motivating these chemicals out of your body. Let’s say you didn’t have cancer and you just want to be clean, I would do something like Zeolite every single day, a coffee enema maybe once a week or a liver cleanse every three months and a colon cleanse once a year. Because let’s face it, there are over 80 thousand chemicals in the environment, billions of pounds of chemicals, there’s no way we’re going to clean it up in this day and time so you’ve got to do something to protect yourself daily. If you were diagnosed with cancer, as I said earlier, I recommend coffee enemas every day. But a detox is not optional, it is just as important as your nutrition and water is.

GOD therapy
Dad calls it GOD therapy.

Quantum Biofeedback
Last week, i brought both dad and mum for a quantum biofeedback session with Claudia at Gallery Helios. The Indigo feedback machine was used to energetically diagnosed the overall and general state of health.
Nor surprising to me, dad's system came up as toxic, and de-tox is a priority. The quantum machine has different programme that can be done to energetically help 'correct' some of these imbalances or deficiencies in dad's system if he decides to take up the therapy package which is about 10-sessions.
The scan turns up very interesting information such as the supplements that may help him, the acid/alkaline state of his body, the organs that we need to pay attention to, some major concerns, state of oxygenation, and resistance etc.
Mum's scan was more of a concern though. Apart from the fact that dad is indergoing chemo and radio, and thus is of a weaker constitution, my mum state seems to be worse off! She is in need of many nutrients! oops. we have so neglected mum in a way! time to manage that too!

RADIOTHERAPY
Dad has just completed his once in a lifetime cycle of radiotherapy of 18 sessions.
Each session last but 5 min and often he does not feel anything much during the session.
No pain, no discomfort.
However, i think the radiation did more to him than anyone of us can realise.
In the BCST sessions that follows this radiotion, i find it harder and harder for him to get into holistic shifts. Thank God Adida came back from her trip and when both of us work on him again, things picked up a lot faster.
In my absence, Susheel and Norliah came by to work on him. Norliah's sharp felt sense registered a softening of the tumour at its site. Thank God for the progress. At least dad did not get all toxic for nothing.
Throughout the treatment, we give dad his usual cocktail of supplements and Aloe Vera concentrate in his morning fruit juice. We got this concentrate at Nature's glory.
He was struggling with eating though. Appetite aside, he can only intake small portions, and thereafter, he will physically feel a sense of nausea and feels like throwing up whatever he has just put in his mouth. His weight was dropping. It was at this point in time that i sent back a surrogate Touch for Health balance from the States, by a group of church members in Malibu during one memorable church meeting there. God works in way beyond our understanding and imagination. At the same time, family members realised that dad has not been taking anti-nausea pill. He started taking it before his food, and can started to eat better again. :) Thank God.
About a week later, the anti-nausea pills lose its effectiveness. Dad decided to chuck that aside, together with the radiotherapy. I think what accelerated his decision to prematurely stop the full course of therapy was the fact that the radio onco told him whether the radiotherapy was only to proportionately extend his life by matters of months; ie. he effectively put out his hope for a full recovery, in line with mainstream medicine's diagnosis of a adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.
I am keeping my hope in God and the good people who look to him all over the world, who are looking into ways to conquer cancer, and bring God's freedom from pain and illness. There are many of God's servants moving in this areas, and God keeps bringing them into my path.
Each session last but 5 min and often he does not feel anything much during the session.
No pain, no discomfort.
However, i think the radiation did more to him than anyone of us can realise.
In the BCST sessions that follows this radiotion, i find it harder and harder for him to get into holistic shifts. Thank God Adida came back from her trip and when both of us work on him again, things picked up a lot faster.
In my absence, Susheel and Norliah came by to work on him. Norliah's sharp felt sense registered a softening of the tumour at its site. Thank God for the progress. At least dad did not get all toxic for nothing.
Throughout the treatment, we give dad his usual cocktail of supplements and Aloe Vera concentrate in his morning fruit juice. We got this concentrate at Nature's glory.
He was struggling with eating though. Appetite aside, he can only intake small portions, and thereafter, he will physically feel a sense of nausea and feels like throwing up whatever he has just put in his mouth. His weight was dropping. It was at this point in time that i sent back a surrogate Touch for Health balance from the States, by a group of church members in Malibu during one memorable church meeting there. God works in way beyond our understanding and imagination. At the same time, family members realised that dad has not been taking anti-nausea pill. He started taking it before his food, and can started to eat better again. :) Thank God.
About a week later, the anti-nausea pills lose its effectiveness. Dad decided to chuck that aside, together with the radiotherapy. I think what accelerated his decision to prematurely stop the full course of therapy was the fact that the radio onco told him whether the radiotherapy was only to proportionately extend his life by matters of months; ie. he effectively put out his hope for a full recovery, in line with mainstream medicine's diagnosis of a adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.

RADIOTHERAPY
Dad was prescribed his one and only radiotherapy course.
Each day he has to report to the centre for a 5-10min radiotherapy session. No pain, no difficulty.
However, it is giving him a not so good appetite. Otherwise things seemed to be going fine.
Onco has asked him to take some chemo drug to increase the sensitivity of the cancer cells.
We decided to drop that. do not want him to feel any further physical discomfort,. Onco could not assure us that it would help, or how much it would help anyway.
He'll also have to follow up with radio onco each week. I discovered that the follow-ups was almost merely to help dad manage the side effects.I think mainstream medicine is pathetic when it comes to cancer management.

CT SCANS, PETS scans and Radiotherapy
Dad is planning to start radiotherapy soon and the oncos have scheduled a series of scans.
It is amazing how little infomation the doctors are giving from the (i quote minister) '$8 package). They send you through the factory line. If you don't ask any questions, they send you through the factory line silently; you may well be contributing to the statistic of the 5-yr survival with 5 percent.
There r a number of tests you have to do before u start on radiotherapy.
Maybe it is the post-election flu. I just wonder how far S$8 can go in reality.
As a subsidized patient, dad is really getting a lot of subsidy; the medical costs are VERY high so we still end up having to pay quite abit!
Thank God there is such a thing as MEDISAVE, so one had savings o use for medical purposes.
and yet there r many restrictions about using it. Max for scan is $600 per yr for Medisave claim. 1 PET scan alredy cost S$1500. Within a period of 3 months, from diagnosis till now, dad has gone through 2 CT scan, 1 CT simulation, 1 PET scan and 1 renal scan. You get the picture. Mr George Yeo is well-liked. WP wins the GRC. Part of it is related to my dad and his scans.
I wonder how all the uncles and aunties i met at the NCC (whenever i went with dad) afford all these.
Mum told me of a one of her friend who had cancer but cannot afford treatment. She is relying on donation of free paracetamol supply as pain control measure from her peers who visit polyclinics for follow ups and asked for subsidized paracetemol prescription.

There r a number of tests you have to do before u start on radiotherapy.
1) CT Simulation
The simulation has a shelf -life of about 3 weeks, so do not embark on it unless u are 100% sure you have decided to start your radiotherapy within the 3-week time frame (we were not told on this). A few dots may be marked as tattoo to help radiographer position the equipment during future treatment.You have to fast about 4 h before. Procedure takes about 45 min.
2) PET scan
some 'spots turn up in the CT scan. Another way to better ascertain the nature of these 'spots' is to do a PET scan. Sometimes u can get better info. The idea behind it is to see if the pancreatic cancerous cells had/had not spread. This will affect the dose of radiation treatment that may be given. (S$1500 non-medisave deductible for a subsidized patient)
You have to fast 6 h before the scan. Before scan, you have to be injected and 2 cups of drinks have to be downed. then you have to wait for an hour before they can scan you. Guess what, dad fasted, got injected, drank 2 cups of whatever, waited for 45 min just to be told that the machine generating the dye is not working for that day. Scan aborted. talking about much ado for nothing.
3) Renal scan (kidney)
This kinds of help to minimise the effect of radio on the kidneys, they know where the kidneys are and can target the treatment better. We were told it will take half a day. In actual fact, the actual procedure goes like this -
Arrive and inject. Once injection is done, you can go anywhere for the next 3 hours. The scan will only be carried out (30min procedure thereabouts) after 3 h has passed.

A second group of seven patients who did the therapy partially and incompletely (again, dissuaded by well-intentioned but misguided family members or doctors), had an average survival of 300 days.The third group consisting of five patients, who were appropriately diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer and who completed the full program, had an average survival of eight and a half years! In Dr. Gonzalez' words, this was "just unheard of in medicine."
One of those patients included a woman diagnosed by the Mayo Clinic with stage four pancreatic cancer who had been given six months to live. Ionized Water
Ionized water works on cancer in three major ways.
Because it is a good antioxidant, meaning it has a very negative ORP value (Oxidation Reduction Potential), it neutralizes free radicals (i.e. ROS - Reactive Oxygen Species), making many oxygen molecules available to the cancer cells; either to slow the growth of cancer or to kill the cancer cells. This is done with the hydroxyl ions in the ionized water.
Unlike hydrogen peroxide, which adds oxygen molecules to the body (i.e. they don't already exist in the body), ionized water makes existing oxygen molecules, already in the body, available to the cancer cells by giving them electrons. This actually has advantages because it removes damaging free radicals at the same time.

cancer is curable. Not everyone wants to be healed

After spending one and half month poring over the literature online and offline,
i've come to conclusion for now, that every ill-ness is curable.
Not everyone can be healed.
Not everyone wants to be healed.
Our patterns imprint plays a large role.
People wants to be healed. But they may not want to heal themselves.
They want to carry on doing the same thing, which is very much why they end up with the particular 'medical' condition (either chronic or acute).
If along comes a 'pill' that they can pop and all is well for them to carry on what they are doing, they'll most likely 'get well'. Everyone loves that. all i need to so is to put a few pills into my mouth, and carry on doing what i like and be 'well'. Check out the flourishing supplements industry.
However, when a bigger condition erupted, such as cancer, diabetes, chronic low back pain, which are the culmination of the years of neglect they have been giving to the body, people start to say these are 'INCURABLE'.
'INCURABLE' defined, to me is - no amount of pill popping will help.
However, Cancer is CURABLE, as Marcus FDM has rightfuly said, not by drugs, but by pure knowledge. And what comes along with this knowledge is a non-compromisable LIFESTYLE CHANGE. And it seems that most people has, in their mind, decided that the LIFESTYLE CHANGE is more unbearable than the 'medical condition' itself?
and LIFESTYLE CHANGE can mean:-
People think they want to get well. They may not be willing to make the change.
Because making a change cause us to move out of our comfort zone. It needs us to be honest with ourselves.
It forces us to face the priorities in our lives.
It is not difficult. It is just UNCOMFORTABLE to begin with. We JUST WANT TO STAY COMFORTABLE. Never mind if we shorten our journey here.

JUICER
Juices are health food.
Gerson Therapy makes use of the enzymes that are naturally occurring in fruits and vegetables to deal with the cancer cell. (There is also the coffee eneama that helps in liver detox)
The juicier that is used plays an important role.
One of the recommended brand is the Champion Juicier. Nature's glory carries it at $699 (click to go to the link). We obtained a unit and it was delivered free to the house. If u purchase in the US, it is US$250 (US Shipping only) thereabouts but i am not so sure about the shipping. it is heavy.

The Champion Juicer is the answer to every juicing problem. Because it operates on the mastication process, the Champion Juicer chews the fibers and breaks up the cells of vegetables and fruits. SUPERNATURE sells another model which is supposedly good as well, being able to keep more of the enzymes and nutrients, and you get more juice per fruit, which is considerable savings (especially if u purchase organic fruits) It costs about a hundred bucks lesser.
We don't use organic stuff at home yet. Why? we need dad to keep on eating, as he needs to put on weight. At his 56Kg for a man, he is almost literally skins and bones. With the chemo which affects his appetite and the wind in him that comes with the condition, so long as he can put food into his mouth, we'll all exclaim halleluia in different languages- pig organ soup, pig stomach soup, kway chap, mee siam, lontong blah blah..... to go organic at this point in time is like pouring cups of water into the sea and hoping that the sea level will rise? Hopefully by some divine intervention, stroke of luck , or modern supplementation and nutrition, his weigh can go up to 70KG. Then we can talk organic. and this is solely my own opinion only.

Pancreatic cancer is also called 'the silent killer' because it symptoms is elusive; we were all eluded; it is already stage III at the time of diagnosis.
-Dad started to burp REAL loud and long
Daphne even sent to to top notch gastro- specialist for endoscopy 6 months before.
GI tract was cleared and doc did not bother to probe further.
To the point he cannot sleep as bothered by wind and backpain, CT scan was ordered and tumour marker test (CA19-9) confirmed it is stage III.

Patient with pancreatic cancer are mostly enzyme deficient, as our pancreas secretes pancreatic enzymes for digestion (the other main thing it secretes is insulin). Once enzyme is deficient, indigestion sets in = trouble in the form of wind and malnutrition. undigested food can be toxic to the body.
Dad is currently on a cocktail of pancreatin, papain and bromelain. We started him out with plant enzymes. I then muscle checked him in comparison between plant enzyme and pancreatin. pancreatin came out much stronger. I got my pancreatin from Nature's glory. Papain and Bromelain are important digestive enzymes found in papaya and pineapple respectively. I got them from therapeuolife. Recently, i also started him on PapayaPro. You can find a small picture of it at my side bar.
i think Dad weight loss graph's downward trend has been more or less halted. His weight is presently fluctuating within +/- 1 kg for the past 1.5 months. Thank God.

Managing symptoms
Dad is on Gemzar/Xeloda combo
One of the side effects is ulcers in the mouth.
I've made a mouthwash for him : 1/8 teaspoon salt , 1/4 teaspoon baking soda + warmwater
to rinse his mouth after every meal.
i think this brings him much comfort as he automatically asks for it after his meals.

Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy (BCST)
Matthew 13:8
"Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."
One of the greatest help in managing dad's condition is BCST.
I myself am a studying-practitioner. The year before, i was taking a P5 foundation class. A boy in my class had pretty severe autism. As teaching is a calling, i am led to look for ways to help him learn better in class.
In my search for what may work, i came across Braingym (R) and BCST. Today, i am a licensed braingym instruction. Braingym (r) not only helped him, but also the entire class of struggling learners to achieve. I am much grateful. BCST had also helped me with my prolapsed disc condition much! and today, it is helping my dad in managing his condition BIG TIME. God is good. We always reap much more, than what we sow.

I'm planning to give Adida a testimony statement on how she has helped in my condition.
She also sees children and babies to help them manage their conditions.

I have been bring dad to Adida for therapy sessions. Adida is great. She had earlier helped me reverse my prolapsed disc condition. I was on the verge of getting a 2nd operation, until the BCST sessions. It helped clear him of his pain in the back (due to his celiac ganglion being irritated by the bulge in the pancreas, headaches, and chest pains). It also helps him to resource in his body , and hopefully that potentially lead to better reponses to the chemo and good stuff we have been feeding him.

Health tips from Billy Wang
#1 importance - sleep; nothing (NOTHING, including exercise, organic food blah blah) beats good sleep (ie. early to bed, early to rise)
9pm - 11pm : body's immune system doing its detox stuff
11pm - 4am : liver detox
12pm - 4am : bone marrow making blood
1am - 3am : lung detox
5am - 7am : Large intestine detox

Alkaline Water
On Day 2 upon diagnosis confirmation, me and Daphne went down to Novena to get dad this machine
that can filter our tap water and make it into alkaline water in smaller molecules. I muscle checked that it is good for dad, and among all available, this seemed most useful.
It is a good investment as everyone in the household can reap health benefits from it, and we drink loads of water everyday. The only question i asked is, why haven't we done this earlier? Because somebody up there has a send a SUPER URGENT email to our thick-skulled brain, by dropping a durian on it, to tell us "Hello! Your health alert is on?". Why do we keep working, earning, spending, and never stop to think of doing something to improve the health of people in the family? Better late than never. God is good.
Does it work. Dad thinks so. Mum has been sleeping better. i seemed to have 'lost some weight' (as i tend to have water retention problem.

i first heard about Gerson from Yonie, who also referred me to Nature's glory. which sells lots of organic and gerson stuff (@ Tan Boon Liat building.)

It is so blessed to be in Singapore. People from neighbouring countries had to fly in to Singapore just to consult a Gerson therapist. There isn;t many around this region.
Quite a number of stage I and II cancer patients get complete remission from following the strict Gerson diet and enjoy good quality of life.
The whole family was there when the therapist was giving us an account of the therapy and its expectation.
Two days later, Dad decided not to go for it. Gerson required a strict diet protocol.
He wanted above his life (for now), his daily Teh-O and his weekly family zhi-char dinner.
He wanted to enjoy his family over nice food.
We respected his decision much. As children, our role is to find alternatives and provide options; he should have the choice over these matters in the end.
We just have to continue looking :)

Essiac Tea + liquid chlorophyll
I was surprised not many people heard about Essiac tea, as it appears in most alternative treatments for cancer books. It was put together by a nurse call Rene Caisse. It is a tea brewed with 4 herbs. In very efficient Singapore, Daphne managed to get them in capsule form. You can either take them in capsule form or empty the capsule to make tea.

wanted to prepare juice for dad in the morning. My dad's ex-girlfriend cut up so many fruits we end up having 6 glasses of juice among the 3 of us. and she is diabetic........... must dock her pay.

and indeed, may i quote Moshe Feldenkraise - The Elusive Obvious.
There are many things in life that are so obvious; but we tend to be oblivious.
I have the DVD. drop me a note if u r keen to view it.

Bought dad a DVD/CD/MP3 set to put in his bedroom so he can watch Billy Wang DVD -
"Dong Fang Billy" who recovered from blood cancer and also returned to the Lord.
Dad has started reading his book on Billy's testimony on his journey to find back his health, to find back himself, and to reconciliate with God and his family.
At the same time, i hope to start putting him on Neuroliminal training to 'engage' the power of his subconscious mind so that his immune system can be strengthen. I use the word 'engage' for lack of a better word. it's kind of hard to 'engage' the subconscious :)

- cancer feeds on sugar - stop juicing apple! (blueberries, strawberries, carrot, brocoli may be better option)
- wholistic healing requires a lifestyle change (for most people)
- various alternative therapies are mentioned. need time to digest
